Turn a can of Campbells Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup into a hearty meal by adding chicken, pasta and a sprinkling of sweet paprika.

  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 250g chicken breast, sliced thinly
  3. 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  4. 420g can Campbells Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  5. 1/2 cup small pasta shells
  6. Sour cream, to serve
  7. Fresh chives, to serve
  8. Crusty bread, to serve

The instruction how to make Chicken, paprika and mushroom soup

  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes until browned. Add paprika cook for 1-2 minutes. Add Campbells Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1 can of water.
  2. Bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a small pan of boiling water, according to packet directions. Drain and add to soup. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Ladle soup into bowls. Serve with sour cream, chives and crusty bread.
