The ingredient of Peach bellinis

  1. 400g tub peach slices in juice
  2. 750ml bottle prosecco, chilled (see note)

The instruction how to make Peach bellinis

  1. Place peach slices and juice in a food processor or blender. Process or blend until smooth. Transfer to a jug (see note).
  2. Pour 2 tablespoons peach mixture into each champagne flute. Top with prosecco. Serve.
