- 400g tub peach slices in juice
- 750ml bottle prosecco, chilled (see note)
The instruction how to make Peach bellinis
- Place peach slices and juice in a food processor or blender. Process or blend until smooth. Transfer to a jug (see note).
- Pour 2 tablespoons peach mixture into each champagne flute. Top with prosecco. Serve.
