4 avocados - peeled, pitted, and chopped

1 roma tomato, cut in half

1/2 red onion, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)

1 teaspoon salt

Steps

1Blend avocados, tomato, onion, lemon juice, jalapeno pepper, and salt in a Vitamix(R) blender on variable 2 or on the low setting on any blender until guacamole is chunky.
